Campaign to keep Hengistbury Head 1960s land train

A privately-owned land train that has been running at a Dorset beauty spot for 45 years is to be replaced.

Thousands of signatures have been registered on a petition to save the Hengistbury Head land train.

Campaigners want the council to overturn the decision to replace it.

Bournemouth Borough Council says it intends to provide a better service, including improved disabled access and additional stops.
