Controlled explosion on World War Two shell found at Studland

A Royal Navy bomb disposal team has carried out a controlled explosion on a World War 2 shell found on National Trust land at Studland.

A 100m cordon was put in place around the three-inch device, thought to be a live cannon shell, before before it was safely blown up.
