Ambulance delay baby Riley Murray severely ill in hospital
The mother of a baby fighting for his life after a difficult birth has questioned why it took almost two hours for an ambulance to arrive.
Sarah Jenkins was expecting a normal delivery at a birthing unit at Braintree in Essex when midwives decided she would need a Caesarean section in hospital - a journey of some 20 minutes.
But the ambulance which was in Essex, took nearly two hours to arrive. Meanwhile baby Riley had been delivered.
