Miliband in Harlow 'to hear people's concerns'

On a visit to Harlow in Essex where Labour now controls the council, party leader Ed Miliband said he was there to listen to the concerns of ordinary people.

Prime Minister David Cameron and Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg were also in the county to relaunch the Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition after a battering at the polls.
