Grays Athletic manager Mark Bentley scores and saves a penalty

A football manager came on as a substitute to score a goal and save a penalty in a match-winning performance.

Mark Bentley, 37, said he was disappointed with his Grays Athletic side during the first half of their match with Hampton and Richmond.

At first he took the place of a midfielder and scored a goal, but "took the gloves" when his side's goalkeeper was sent off.

Grays came from 2-0 down to win 3-2.
