Man urinates on Colchester coats for homeless
Charity workers in Colchester have had to throw away six coats intended for homeless people after they were urinated on by an unknown man.
The coats were hanging on a rail outside the Essex town's main library, where they were available to take.
Fay Sibley, who runs the "coat exchange," said: "One act of complete silliness won't stop us from continuing to do what we've been doing."
Volunteers gave the area around the rack a deep cleanse and the service resumed.
