The Crypt School pupils in trouble over Twitter use

Three former pupils and one still studying at a school in Gloucester have been threatened with legal action over comments made on the social networking site, Twitter.

The comments, which have been described as offensive, have now been removed.

But the students have said they will not pay the legal costs as demanded by The Crypt School.

Reporter Steve Knibbs spoke to head teacher Jonathan Standen, and communications specialist Hilary Allison.
