Retired BA pilot's bid to regain world gliding title
A retired British Airways pilot from Gloucestershire is hoping to clinch a third title in the World Gliding Championships in Poland at the end of July.
Andy Davis, who made his first solo flight shortly after his 16th birthday, won his first world title in 1993.
Ten years later, in 2003, he regained it and is hoping to win it again on 21 July.
