Chocolate made in Gloucestershire garage on show at NEC

A Gloucestershire couple who turned their garage into a chocolate factory are to have their product featured at a major trade exhibition.

Simon Doble and Margie Bignall, from Cheltenham, came up with the idea of creating chocolate directly from cocoa beans after listening to a BBC Radio 4 programme.

Their chocolate, made from scratch in the kitchen and garage, picked up a BBC Good Food Show Producers' Award earlier this year and will be on show at the NEC Good Food show next month.
