Southampton knife amnesty: Hundreds of blades handed over
More than 300 knives were handed in to Hampshire police throughout March as part of a knife amnesty.
Hampshire Constabulary is hoping to reduce the number of dangerous blades in circulation after six stabbings in Southampton in the past two years.
People were able to dispose of knives, bladed items and illegal weapons in designated amnesty bins without fear of prosecution.
