Residents' anxious wait over parking

Residents of flats in Southsea say a row over access means they may not be able to park their cars outside their property.

To park in their designated spaces, they have to drive across land owned by the Portland Hotel.

Now the hotel has told them to stop and the residents have hired a solicitor to try to establish their right to drive across the disputed land.
