Veterans in Action launches £3m appeal
A Hampshire based charity which helps military veterans adjust to civilian life has launched an appeal for £3m in memory of soldiers killed in World War One.
Veterans in Action, set up by Billy McLeod, helps ex-service personal overcome the difficulties they face after returning from a combat zone.
Paul Wilson left the army in 2011 after a tour of Afghanistan but suffered severe post traumatic stress disorder.
After help from the charity, he will be competing for Great Britain at Invictus Games being held at the Olympic Park next month.
