Four-year-old Evelyn Nolan enjoys last swim with parents

Hospital staff have helped fulfil the wishes of the parents of a dying four-year-old girl to have one last swim with their daughter.

Evelyn Nolan, who had a complex seizure disorder, was receiving palliative care at University Hospital Southampton.

Hospital staff specially adapted a ventilator to allow her to go into the water with her parents.

She died on Friday - two days after the swim.
