Passchendaele 100: Denis was 19 when he died in WW1 battle

Teenage hero Denis Hewitt was awarded the Victoria Cross after giving his life leading his men during World War One.

The 19-year-old, from Winchester, Hampshire, died in the Battle of Passchendaele in Belgium 100 years ago which claimed the lives of about 325,000 Allied troops and 260,000 Germans.
