Community picnic held to support boy taunted for his cerebral palsy

A community picnic has been organised in support of a seven-year-old boy who was taunted by other children because of his cerebral palsy.

Harvey Young's father has condemned the "cruel" behaviour and urged people to greet his son and find out "how friendly and outgoing he is".
