Police crackdown on anti-social behaviour at Hull Fair

Humberside Police claim their use of banning orders has reduced anti-social behaviour at Hull Fair.

The force is using Section 27 orders, introduced in the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006, which ban people from a specified area for 48 hours.

According to Humberside Police, crime rates at the fairground dropped almost 80% last year.
