East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire hit by high winds

Gale force winds across East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire have blown down trees and caused the collapse of part of a building in Hull.

The storm conditions have also contributed to flooding along the Humber Estuary as the strong wind has driven high tides onto the land.

The Environment Agency said the storm surge of water was expected to be the worst in 60 years.
