Rochester-based Elsatex gives part of Bangladesh factory to workers

A Kent linen firm is donating its share of a factory in Bangladesh to local workers.

Rochester-based Elsatex Limited's business has grown from nothing to an annual turnover of more than £5m in seven years.

The firm bought a 50% share in a factory in Bangladesh to help control its manufacturing process.

BBC South East's Mark Norman spoke to Stephen and Annie Lowe, from the company.
