Brown Swiss cows brought to Kent for blue cheese
Rare cattle are being brought to Kent from Austria for the production of blue cheese.
Brown Swiss cows were originally bred high in the Swiss Alps by monks for their high quality milk.
Now Steve Reynolds is bringing 20 of the animals to his farm in Staplehurst in the hope of producing Kent blue cheese.
