Mum seeks more space for disabled son in Kent council house
A single mother from Kent has said she is increasingly frustrated after waiting for years for an extension to her council house to help her care for her disabled child.
Sam Kay's six-year-old son Jake has a range of severe disabilities and has to sleep in the living room.
Ashford Borough Council has promised to extend their house in High Halden, but the work has been delayed while the authority considers other options for the family.
BBC South East Today's Charlie Rose spoke to Sam Kay and family friend Sally Taylor.
