Bedgebury Pinetum to 'play own symphony'

The sounds of the forest at the Bedgebury National Pinetum will be heard in musical form.

A musical motif has been created for each organism living in the forest and 24 speakers have been hidden amongst the trees.

BBC South East Today's Robin Gibson spoke to artist and composer James Bulley; Daniel Jones, an artist, composer and computer scientist; and Mark Clixsby from the Forestry Commission.

Living Symphonies will be at Bedgebury Pinetum between 26 and 31 August.
