A&E departments in Kent face mounting pressure
Health managers in Kent have held an emergency meeting after waiting times in hospital accident and emergency departments in England plummeted to their worst levels in more than a decade.
The Medway Maritime Hospital has recorded the second worst A&E waiting times in the country.
BBC South East Today's Health Correspondent Mark Norman looked at how the health trusts are coping in Kent.
He spoke to patients Brian and Deborah Smith-Stewart, Gary Lupton, manager at the Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital in Margate, Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt, and Shadow Health Minister Andrew Gwynne.
