Hundreds attend veteran's funeral in Accrington after appeal
Second World War veteran Ernest Capstaff - who served in the Royal Navy fighting the Japanese imperial fleet - died earlier this month aged 101.
But with only a few surviving family members, an appeal went out on social media to give him the send-off he deserved.
Earlier, hundreds of people attended his funeral in Accrington, Lancashire.
