Bradford basketball players back lifting hijab ban
A group of Muslim basketball players from Bradford have backed calls for the lifting of a ban on wearing the hijab during competitive matches.
The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) is currently reviewing a ban on head coverings, with players calling for the rule to be permanently lifted.
Fatima Abdulmula, of amateur side Bradford Cobras, said the rule puts young people off getting involved in the sport.
