Family anger at Bradgate Mental Health Unit
The family of a woman who fell from a Leicester multi-storey car park have questioned the care she received at a mental health unit in the city.
Dione Brennan was 25 when she died last May. At the time she was receiving treatment from the Bradgate Mental Health Unit.
At her inquest in Leicester, the coroner, Donald Coutts-Wood said he could not be sure Dione had intended to take her life and that the care she had received was appropriate. He did not find any evidence of gross failure.
He recorded a narrative verdict.
