Six jailed for child sex crimes in Leicester
Six men who paid - or attempted to pay - for sex with a 16-year-old girl have been jailed for a total of 14 years
Leicester Crown Court heard the victim was emotionally damaged and vulnerable.
In sentencing, Judge Michael Pert QC said none of the defendants played any part in the girl's decision to prostitute herself.
But he said that "anyone meeting her would immediately have realised that this was a vulnerable 16-year-old girl from a good Sikh family, who was embarking upon a disastrous course of action."
Eleanor Garnier reports.
