Richard III in Leicester: Church of the Annunciation

It is believed Richard's body was put on show at the Church of the Annunciation for two days, to prove he was dead.

Its ruins can still be seen in the Hawthorn Building, now owned by De Montfort University.

This page forms part of an interactive map published for Richard III's reinterment, showing locations in Leicester associated with the king.
