Donna Nook seals to be protected against storms
Wildlife wardens are preparing to protect seals pups from high tides, after dozens died because of a tidal surge two years ago.
The pups died because the surge separated them from their mothers at Donna Nook, one of the largest grey seal reserves in the UK.
Rachel Shaw, from Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust, said this year's pups may need to be allowed to escape into sand dunes if the UK's predicted storms cause a similar emergency.
Visitors are being asked to stay away from the reserve this week.
