Lincolnshire police and crime commissioner on rural crime

Lincolnshire police and crime commissioner Alan Hardwick has been meeting farmers to reassure them that rural crime is falling.

But Lincolnshire Police admit that hasn't stopped the county being a hotspot for rural crime.

It costs about £1.8m a year in insurance claims with tools, quad bikes and fuel the most commonly stolen items.
