Mother's anguish over new inquest into son's death
The mother of 25-year-old Richard Voase, who was found dead at his home in east London in 2010, says she has been left distraught after discovering an inquest into his death has to be carried out again.
The assistant deputy coroner for the case, Suzanne Greenaway, who also looked into the death of the singer Amy Winehouse, was discovered to be unqualified for the job.
She resigned in November 2011, but the error means families are having to relive their loved ones' last moments because the original inquests were not legal.
BBC London's Robin Punt spoke with Cordelia Nixon, barrister Jason Sugarman and MP Robert Buckland.
