Waltham Forest Council asks soup kitchen to move

A charity which feeds the homeless in east London has said people will go hungry if the council moves a soup kitchen from the town centre.

After two decades, Waltham Forest Council has asked the Christian Kitchen charity to move its feeding station from a car park in Walthamstow to the outskirts of the borough.

It said there has been a rise in anti-social behaviour in the area.
