London gears up for NHS changes

The government's changes for the working of NHS London and primary care trusts come into effect from 1 April.

BBC London's political reporter Karl Mercer spoke to Dr Clare Gerada, chairperson of the Royal College of General Practitioners, Dr Gillian Greenhough from Islington Commissioning Group and Labour Councillor Jim Dickson from Lambeth Council.
