Royal Brompton Hospital unveils new plans
The Royal Brompton Hospital in west London has unveiled plans to sell off some of its buildings to develop a new hospital at its Chelsea site.
Specialising in treating heart and lung disease, hospital managers believe the plan will raise half a billion pounds and improve patient care.
BBC London's political correspondent Karl Mercer spoke to one patient, Sarah Bridger, and chief executive of the Royal Brompton Hospital, Robert Bell.
