London MP urges curbs on fixed-odds gambling machines
The government has been criticised by a London MP for failing to bring in tougher controls to tackle the growing number of high-stakes gambling machines on high streets.
Eltham MP Clive Efford, who is also shadow minister for culture, media and sport, said communities in the capital needed more protection.
The prime minster has said the government will wait until spring to take further action.
