Disabled Tube lifts shut due to staff shortages

Charity Transport for All says a number of supposedly accessible Tube stations are having to shut their lifts because staff shortages have trebled in the last four years.

London Underground says it is investing millions of pounds to improve access.

BBC London transport correspondent Tom Edwards spoke to commuter Carolyn Lucas, Faryal Velmi from Transport for All, and Phil Hufton from London Underground.
