Freya Wells's death was 'highly avoidable'
A four-year-old girl's death at Kingston Hospital was "highly avoidable", a coroner has ruled.
Freya Wells died in November 2012 of septic shock.
The inquest heard a junior doctor, concerned about the severity of the child's condition, was "laughed at" when she suggested alternative treatment.
Freya's aunt Lindsay Wells talks about the family's devastation, while the family's solicitor, Rankeshwar Batta, said the death was tragic.
