Operation at King's College means girl can now smile
A six-year-old with a rare condition which meant her jaw bone had fused together can now smile thanks to an operation.
Liliana Cernecca's right side of her jaw was fused together while the left side was growing normally.
Her mother Sonja talks about the impact it had on her daughter's life, while Shaun Matthews, a consultant surgeon at King's College Hospital, describes the operation.
