Support for fathers working in the City

A support group has launched to help fathers working in the City to spend more time with their children without it affecting their careers.

In this report, father-of-two Richard Gormley talks about the difficulties of fitting work around childcare while Louisa Symington-Mills, the founder of City Mothers and Fathers talks about the perceptions of fathers working in the City.
