London summit gathers experts to tackle gang culture

Latest figures show London has more than 200 gangs made up of about 3,000 members.

Experts from around the world attended a summit at City Hall to try to find ways to stop the cycle of violence which is often a part of gang culture.

This summit took place just a day after an 18 year-old was killed when a fight broke-out between a group of young people in south-east London.

Guy Smith speaks to ex-offenders Chris Douglas and Karl Kasanga and Junior Smart of the St Giles Trust.
