London's housing boom 'slowing down', according to new figures

The momentum behind London's property boom seems to be fading, according to new research.

Figures released by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors show sales in London are down, with indications the number of properties on the market is up.

BBC London's Emma North spoke to Susan Emmett, the director of Residential Research for Savills and Josh Miller from the Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
