Proposed mansion tax 'a tax on London', says mayor

Labour leader Ed Miliband has told his party conference in Manchester that a tax on homes worth more than £2m would help pay for more doctors, nurses and midwives.

But London mayor Boris Johnson has described this proposal as a "tax on London".

BBC London's Nick Beake spoke to home owner Caroline Hewitt, Mr Johnson and Labour MP for Westminster North Karen Buck.
