Mooring laws to be considered by Richmond Council

Richmond Council has launched a consultation into mooring on the River Thames after complaints from local residents about noise and rubbish left by some boat owners.

BBC London's Gareth Furby spoke to houseboat resident Sue, local resident Pat Hilton and boat dweller Warwick Salzer.
