Mark Duggan's family say they are being blamed for riots
The mother of Mark Duggan has lost a High Court bid to overturn a ruling that her son was "lawfully killed".
The 29-year-old's death in Tottenham sparked nationwide riots after he was shot by a police marksman in 2011.
An inquest jury returned a verdict of lawful killing in January, a decision the Duggan family fought in the High Court, arguing it had been misdirected by the coroner.
But three judges dismissed their case.
Mr Duggan's aunt Carole says the family will not be able to get a fair hearing because they were being "punished" for the resulting riots.
