Charlton Athletic chief executive says football clubs need more women
The chief executive of Championship football team Charlton Athletic has said more women should be in the boardroom.
Katrien Meire, who joined the Addick's in January, said she has always had a passion for football and believed women brought something different to the running of a club.
BBC London's Emilia Papadopoulos spoke to Ms Meire.
