London Guildhall gallery hidden art on display

Works of art hidden away in the archives of a London gallery can now be displayed to the public for the first time.

The art has been put on display following renovation work at the Guildhall Art Gallery in the City of London.

Much of the gallery's collection has a London connection, with many examples of Victorian and Pre-Raphaelite work.

BBC London's Ayshea Buksh spoke to David Pearson of the City of London Corporation, exhibition curator Katty Pearce and principal curator Julia Dudkiewicz.
