How London A&E workers cope with increased pressure in winter

Most of London's 22 emergency units are struggling to hit the target of treating patients within four hours and many are finding it hard to get enough full time staff.

Karl Mercer reports from the emergency department at St George's Hospital in Tooting, south London.
