London housing association uses psychology to cut energy bills

A housing association has introduced a new scheme which uses behavioural psychology to help residents cut their energy bills.

The London and Quadrant Housing Association has been using energy assessors to try and persuade people to take action to reduce their bills.

BBC London's Ayshea Buksh spoke to Penge resident Nicola Hookway, Emmanuel Richard, from the London and Quadrant Housing Association, and behaviour change specialist Dale Holroyd.
