London food outlets 'fail on hygiene'

Six London boroughs have been ranked in the 10 worst performing areas in the UK for food hygiene.

Research conducted by the Consumer group, Which? found that many food outlets in parts of the capital failed to meet acceptable standards with Enfield named the worst performing local authority in the country.

BBC London's Victoria Hollins spoke to food hygiene inspector Claire Tomaso, Alex Neil from Which? and Councillor Chris Bond from Enfield Council.
