Election pledges target home buyers

The main parties have been unveiling their election policies aimed at helping people to get a home.

Labour set out how it would abolish stamp duty for first-time buyers on properties priced under £300,000.

It comes after the Conservatives outlined their plans to help people in social housing to buy their own homes.

Karl Mercer has been looking at the policies and whether they will appeal to Londoners.
