West Ham fans on their memories of Upton Park

West Ham will play their final game at Upton Park on Tuesday evening as they take on Manchester United in the Premier League.

The Hammers will move to the 60,000-capacity London 2012 Olympics venue in east London next season.

Fans discuss their memories and hopes for the future as they leave a stadium which has been their home for 112 years.
